Delivery & Returns Policy

We’re here to get your order to you quickly and reliably. Orders will be dispatched on working days only, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Depending on what you order, your items may be dispatched from different warehouses.

UK Mainland:

Standard Delivery – £3.99

Free on orders over £50

Estimated: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

 No deliveries on weekends or Bank Holidays 

Returns
Not quite right? No problem.

You’ve got 14 days to return your order, no questions asked, as long as it’s unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging with original contents (swing tags, manual).

Used it already? If it’s not in resalable condition, we can’t take it back, unless it’s faulty, then we’ve got you covered.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

All returns to be sent back via a tracked and signed courier service. (Sorry, return postage isn’t covered.)

Keep your tracking info handy, we can’t process what we haven’t received.

Once we’ve got your return, refunds can take 7–10 business days to appear in your account.
